Valet Web Services provides hosting, maintenance, and security services for your websites. In addition to these foundation services we can help you with content changes, website updates, customizations, troubleshooting, and more.

You can use this portal to submit new requests and track request statuses with Valet Web Services. Use the menu on the left to access your Region’s contact form and ticket history.

This portal is a BETA version, so you will see improvements and changes over time. The projects menu will be updated with open projects as they are opened and moved to active status.

Monthly services for hosting, maintenance, and security support the functionality of your website. They include ongoing monitoring for downtime, malware, domain expiration, and other stats that help us ensure your website is always available and secure for visitors. It also provdes each website with software updates to ensure that the codebase is current and that the sites remain compatible with the latest versions of the core software of your system. Things like:

  • Managed Hosting in an environment dedicated specifically to Prioirty digital properties
  • Weekly check by a team member to update software that is installed on the website
  • Virtual Patching to instantly protect your website from reported vulnerabilites in your codebase as soon as they are reported
  • Malware scanning to ensure that no back doors were used to inject malicous software
  • Third-Party backups as part of a disaster recovery plan for your website

No. In order to give you the most flexibility in budgeting and management, Prioirty faciitlies use an Ad-Hoc system for support. You can send in a request and our team will track the time it took to complete the task. Each month we review the total ad-hoc time spent and invoice accordingly.

If the request falls outside of what we’re able to handle for you, or if someone else in your Org handles it already, we will give you direction on the best next steps or where you should go for answers.
